How do I confirm my registration?
The registration needs to be confirmed directly with Endu. Go to https://join.endu.net/entry/61350and enter the code that Endu sent you via email on December 29, 2020 (check your spam folder — if you don’t find the message, contact info@sportfuldolomitirace.it). Or you can fill out and sign the 2021 registration form, attaching proof of payment for the €10 fee adjustment for 2021.
When does registration reopen?

What is the deadline for reactivating my 2020 registration for 2021?
March 31. April, 30
Where can I find the information needed to reactivate my registration?
The instructions were sent by Endu on December 29, 2020, via email. The text included a link to access the Endu page and a code to be entered to reactivate the registration.
Do I need to pay the registration fee again?
No, but you will need to pay a €10 supplement to bring your payment in line with the 2021 fee.
2. Rolling over 2021 (formerly 2020) registration to 2022
I’d like to roll over my 2020 registration. What do I need to do?
If you follow the emailed link to the Endu page (Standard Registration), you’ll have the choice to confirm your registration for 2021 OR roll it over to 2022 using the code provided.
3. Rider substitution 2020–2021
I’d like to reactivate my 2020 registration but transfer it to someone else. What do I need to do?
Reactivate your registration following the above instructions, and then email the event administrative office at info@sportfuldolomitirace.it, attaching the registration form (downloadable from the website) for the person who will take your place.
For the request to be accepted, it must be sent from the email account of the rider who registered for the 2020 event, OR the form must be accompanied by a copy of the original rider’s official ID (or 2020/2021 cycling license if it includes a photo).
Substitution is free of charge for 2020 registrants.
4. 2021 starting position for riders registered in 2020
Will I lose my 2020 starting position in the 2021 starting grid?
Riders’ 2020 starting grid positions will be retained for the 2021 edition, subject to changes required by anti-COVID regulations in force at the time of the event.
5. Possibility of 2021 event cancellation
If the 2021 Sportful Dolomiti Race is canceled, will I lose my reactivated registration?
No, your registration will NOT be forfeited.
In the event that we are forced to make this extreme decision (which we certainly hope will not happen), we will communicate the procedures to be followed.
6. Registration before obtaining a 2021 license
I don’t have my 2021 cycling license yet. Can I reactivate my registration anyway?
Yes, you can enter your license details later, or send them to info@sportfuldomitirace.it to be entered.
Note: This year a medical certificate is required also for all riders who are not FCI members. Read the 2021 rules.
7. Riders registered via APT San Martino or Maglia Nera
I registered via an APT San Martino package. What do I need to do?
Email booking@sanmartino.com or call +39 0439 767010 and they will explain how to reactivate your registration for this year.
I registered via Maglia Nera, and I haven’t received an email with a reactivation code. What do I need to do?
For more information, you should contact the Maglia Nera office directly because they manage registration themselves.

8. Miscellaneous issues
I didn’t receive the email with the code. What do I need to do?
First, check your spam folder to see if there is an email from Endu sent December 29, 2020. If not, we can give you the code. What do you need to do?
- Contact the administrative office at info@sportfuldolomitirace.it.
- To receive the code, you’ll need to either send the request using the email address you provided during the original registration process OR supply a copy of your official ID or 2020/2021 cycling license.
Once we’ve verified your identity, we’ll send you the code.
I made a mistake and rolled my registration over to 2022, but I want to register for the 2021 event. What do I need to do?
We can change your registration to 2021, but you need to contact Endu directly a info@sportfuldolomitirace.it
I had a problem with my registration reactivation and payment, and now the code doesn’t work anymore. What do I need to do?
Try waiting 24 hours and then make another attempt. Or you can contact Endu directly at https://endu.freshdesk.com/it/support/tickets/newand they will unblock your registration.
The code doesn’t work. What do I need to do?
In some cases, the code is not displayed correctly (it may appear as %code%); it should be an alphanumeric code. Contact info@sportfuldolomitirace.itusing the email address you provided during the original registration process OR supply a copy of your official ID or 2020/2021 cycling license, and we will give you the correct code.
I made a mistake in selecting the license / no license option. What do I need to do?
